Archon Shards — 5 slots (profile: Shadows of the Dead and Terrify)

1. 🔴 Crimson — +10% Ability Strength (+15% Tauforged)
2. 🔴 Crimson — +10% Ability Strength (+15% Tauforged)
3. 🔴 Crimson — +10% Ability Strength (+15% Tauforged)
4. 🔵 Azure — +150 Health (+225 Tauforged)
5. 🔵 Azure — +150 Armor (+225 Tauforged)

Strength multiplies the Shadows' damage and health, and Terrify strips all armor at 167% Strength. Nekros applies no status the gated bonuses need. Health and Armor: 105 armor, about +90% effective HP (Tauforged shards, shields included). Farming variant: Amber (Health Orb Effectiveness) with Desecrate; energy variant: Azure Energy Max (150 → 200). Values: official wiki, 22 October 2026. Figures are for the base version: Nekros Prime has 135 armor, so survival percentages shift a little; the shard choice stays the same.
